Conveyancing - if straightforward, a flat fee, plus a small percentage of the price.
Other work - £75-150 per hour (plus VAT) depending on the kind of work.
We always give you an estimate at the start of a case
Advice sessions in our Law Shop - only £7 for each 5 minutes with a qualified lawyer - inclusive of VAT.
We do not use loss-leading sales techniques, such as a "free half-hour" initial interview
