Can I get Legal Aid?
No. You cannot get legal aid to help with Law Shop self-help charges. Legal aid has been replaced by the Community Legal Service. We can direct you to the specialist solicitors who have access to Community Legal Service funds and we can explain the means test you would have to pass.
